We are looking for a motivated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily HR functions and employee relations.
• Ensure company policies and rules are implemented and followed.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance management.
• Manage employee attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
• Communicate effectively with staff through professional emails and meetings.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous experience in HR or a related field is required.
• Excellent email communication and documentation skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities to enforce company rules and ensure compliance.
