Financial Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead and oversee all financial operations of our manufacturing business. The role involves managing financial planning and analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, developing cost-control strategies, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in factories or industrial environments, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
2. 6–8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
3. Proven experience in the manufacturing/industrial sector is required.
4. Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, and cost accounting.
5. Solid understanding of tax laws and compliance.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
7. Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Odoo preferred).
8. Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
