Our company is seeking to hire a qualified Internal Auditor to join our team.

Requirements:

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) – Mandatory.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in internal auditing.
• Strong knowledge of International Internal Audit Standards (IIA Standards).
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.

Position Title: Internal Auditor

Department: Internal Audit

Reports to: Internal Audit Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing the annual internal audit plan.
• Perform internal audit reviews across financial and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws/regulations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements.
• Review financial and operational processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
• Prepare audit reports with observations and recommendations for management.
• Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Promote governance, risk management, and compliance culture within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) – mandatory requirement.
• 2 to 3 years of practical experience in internal auditing.
• Good knowledge of IIA Standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and ERP systems.
