Finance Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in construction contracting accounting and project accounting is mandatory.
- Strong experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements and financial reports.
- Solid knowledge of project costing, contractors' payment certificates, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Good understanding of applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
