تعلن Moore UB Jordan عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لمنصب مسؤول رواتب (Payroll Officer) للانضمام إلى القسم المالي في بغداد – العراق.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إعداد ومعالجة الرواتب الشهرية بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- احتساب الرواتب والبدلات والاستقطاعات والعمل الإضافي والمكونات الأخرى للرواتب.
- إعداد تقارير الرواتب وإجراء التسويات المتعلقة بها.
- التأكد من تسجيل معاملات الرواتب بشكل صحيح في النظام المحاسبي.
- التنسيق مع قسم الموارد البشرية فيما يتعلق بتغييرات الموظفين والحضور والإجازات والمعلومات المتعلقة بالرواتب.
- المحافظة على سجلات الرواتب بشكل دقيق وسري.
- التأكد من توافق عمليات احتساب الرواتب والسجلات مع الأنظمة المعمول بها وسياسات الشركة.
- متابعة استفسارات الموظفين المتعلقة بالرواتب والمستحقات المالية.
- المساعدة في إغلاق الحسابات الشهرية وإعداد التقارير المالية المتعلقة بالرواتب.
- القدرة على عمل انشاء القيود المحاسبية للرواتب
- اي مهام اخرى تطلب ضمن نطاق العمل
المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال محاسبة الرواتب.
- معرفة جيدة بعمليات الرواتب والرواتب والاستقطاعات والعمل الإضافي والمزايا.
- فهم جيد للمبادئ المحاسبية والمعاملات المالية المتعلقة بالرواتب.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel وأنظمة المحاسبة أو أنظمة ERP.
- دقة عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات جيدة في التحليل وحل المشكلات.
- مهارات تنظيم وإدارة وقت جيدة.
- القدرة على المحافظة على سرية المعلومات والعمل تحت الضغط.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium

- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
