Job Announcement: Quality Assurance & Proposal Officer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality & Proposal Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring high standards in documentation, compliance, and proposal development, while also contributing strong communication and organizational skills to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

·        Draft, edit, and review proposals and tenders, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with client/donor requirements.

·        Support quality assurance by reviewing internal documents, reports, and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.

·        Conduct risk assessments and assist in preparing compliance and monitoring reports.

·        Maintain high-quality standards in corporate policies, restructuring documents, and client deliverables.

·        Collaborate across teams to communicate findings clearly and effectively.

·        Provide recommendations for improvements in internal documentation and controls.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.

·        1–3 years of professional experience (mandatory).

·        Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or proposal/tender writing is a plus.

·        Strong English writing skills with proven ability to draft professional reports and proposals.

·        Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

·        High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

·        Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
